Southern Eagle Distributing Continues to be Best Place to Work

Southern Eagle Distributing

The St. Lucie County Human Resource Association has once again recognized Southern Eagle Distributing (SED) as Best Place to Work in St. Lucie County.    The competition provides a snapshot of how a company compares to others in the area.

A total of 13 local businesses received awards from the Association that compared 37 different measurements.  All participating companies were required to complete a survey about their organization.  The results were analyzed, and winners selected based on merit.  Southern Eagle stood out in several categories:  average spent on employee training and development ($3,825), 99% of the employees participate in bonus program, quarterly "town hall" meetings with the executive team, massage chairs in the employee lounge with big screen television so employees can get a massage whenever they want, college scholarships for children and spouses of employees through Indian River State College and more.

“We’re proud to recognized as The Best Place to Work in St. Lucie County again this year,” stated Philip Busch, President of Southern Eagle.  “Our team is committed to doing their best every day, and we are committed to them.”
