City of Port St. Lucie To Sell 6 lots Via Online Auction

The City will sell six residential lots via an online auction, which is now open and available on the City’s website. The public may now place bids on any of these lots.

The City of Port St. Lucie is auctioning five vacant single residential lots and one vacant double residential lot that have been declared as surplus property. These residentially zoned lots are available to be purchased by anyone through the City’s online auction. For instructions on how to place a bid on any of these properties, please visit CityofPSL.com/Auction and place your bids before 3 PM EST on February 4, 2019.

That webpage also includes appraisals and detailed information, including the opening bid price for each. The lots are located at:

  • 1550 SW Hackensack Ave. (.23 acres)
  • 1540 SW Abingdon Ave. (.46 acres)
  • 4633 SW Rolfe St. (.23 acres)
  • 4641 SW Rolfe St. (.23 acres)
  • 1533 SW Janette Ave. (.23 acres)
  • 1549 SW Janette Ave. (.23 acres)

Those who want to place a bid must first register online via the web link above. Participants are encouraged to thoroughly read the terms of the bid, such as payment methods and item descriptions, along with all of the terms and conditions.

Shortly after the auction ends on Feb. 4, the winners will receive a notification email. It is the winners’ responsibility to contact the City to execute the contract documents within 48 hours of winning the auction. The closings are expected to take place within 45 calendar days after the close of the auction.
