This permanent exhibit will explore the life and times of John Ashley and his family. Born in the 1880's and raised in the wild west atmosphere that pervailed over Florida's East Coast and the Everglades. Joh Ashley turned to a life of crime after being accused and he was tried numerous times for the murder of Seminole Indian De Sotto Tiger in 1911.
