Join Sarah Bowen for Yoga for Addiction, a 12 week series at Sebastian Yoga. Sarah certified in S.O.A.R (Success Over Addiction and Relapse) as well as Yoga for Trauma and Addiction, aims to offer a safe space for healing and community amongst those in recovery and their circle of support. Each weeks practice will sync with the 8 limbs of yoga and include a guided imagery Savasana. Beginners are welcome!

Weight Loss Bible Study focusing on the Love of God: the POWER to break addictions. The study will last 16 weeks meeting on Wednesday nights, starting Wednesday, June 6th from 6:30 p.m -8:00 p.m. The study will be held at the Colter Law Group, 520 SW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994.The study is free.

Each week we will focus on a different area of the 'heart' where the Love of God has not been fully known, leading to the addiction, gluttony, hopelessness, self-hatred, sickness, loss and death.

There will be time set aside to focus on the practical side of weight loss: eating, recipes, exercise, tips etc. Ministry time will be available at the end of each night.

As a practical tool we will use the Ketogenic Diet. There are several great cookbooks by Maria Emmerich available on Amazon.
