Deb Lemon has been in the fitness industry for more than 35 years, working as a Fitness Model for QVC for over 15 years! She is affectionately known as The Body Boss, Debbie Details, and the Pilates Whisperer. Lucie Lemon Pilates is her sixth studio and the focus is on personal attention for each and every client for optimal results. Deb is tough and driven by passion. She is willing to get you out of your comfort zone in a loving and professional environment while keeping you safe.
Discipline is her secret weapon and her desire for all men and women to realize their potential regardless of age. Lucie Lemon Pilates, located in St. Lucie West has custom hand made classical pilates equipment and Deb is a Master Instructor for Peak Pilates. She has trained teachers in 3 states and continues to offer education at this location. Deb is truly living her dream by partnering with her husband and iCRYO Wellness Center near the beach in beautiful Port St. Lucie.
This location is all things wellness under one roof and never disappoints when people come in for a tour.
