As the first salt therapy business in the St. Lucie County area, we look forward to offering Treasure Coast residents more natural options in health and wellness. We are a family owned and operated business with a passion for helping and caring for our local community. We are natives to the area and love the small town feel this place still has even with the rapid growth we've experienced.

About Salt Therapy

Salt therapy has been around for thousands of years but one of the first mentions of a salt spa came from Polish salt mines in the 12th century. This is when halotherapy, or salt therapy as it is known, first got its roots in preventative medicine.

At Southern Salt Therapies, we have two rooms on hand with more than 13,000 lbs of pure pink Himalayan salt on the floor and wall. We offer a children's room and an adult's room. In the children's room, clients are free to go in with their children as they free play in our technology free zone for their 30 minute session. In our adult's room, clients can relax in our leather recliners and read, sleep or just relax for 45 minutes. Both rooms have generators that crush a pure, pharmaceutical grade salt into the air that is inhaled by the lungs and sinus cavities. This helps clear out and dry up excess mucus in the lungs and nasal cavity. It is also known to help clients feel extremely relaxed and sleep better that night after treatment.
