Membership

Why Become A Member

FHBA Membership provides professional lobbying on the state level to protect your interests. It also sponsors annual conventions, training and educational programs for its more than 18,500 members.

NAHB has over 200,000 members nationally and provides powerful resources for members and a strong voice in legislative and regulatory representation. The organization provides its members the latest industry news, legal assistance, and industry research. It also offers education, training and resources on a variety of topics, including technical and specialized services in the areas of remodeling, commercial building, multi-housing, rural housing, building systems, senior housing, and sales and marketing. Other special member benefits include car rental discounts, a national convention, and other special meetings throughout the year.

Builder/Developer Membership

Open to any person, firm or corporation whose principal business is residential, commercial or industrial construction or development within the territorial jurisdiction of the Association. Annual dues of $600 includes membership in the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and National Home Builders Association (NHBA)

                                                    

Associate Membership

Open to any person, firm or corporation whose principal business is located in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River or Okeechobee counties OR is industry related but not a Builder or Developer. Yearly dues of $500 includes membership in the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and National Home Builders Association (NHBA)

Affiliate Membership

Open to any employee of a TCBA member. Affiliate Membership allows employees to become members at a reduced rate and level of service. A person may only become an Affiliate member through the local association of their employer. Annual dues of $50 include TCBA and NAHB membership.
