Melody & Marina Square - Historic Downtown Ft. Pierce
Meet the Band: Southern Vine Band
The Southern Vine Band is a tasty mix of multiple and varied influences that cooks up sets lists with their special recipe of several shakes of sun, sand & surf songs, a full cup of contemporary & classic boot scootin’ tunes, a dash of classic rock and alternative, all with a healthy dose of folk/Americana favorites stirred in for extra flavor.
The band includes Bud Roberts’ infusion of lead vocal ingredients, with Dan Fasler’s complimentary flavorful leads, harmonies, guitar & banjo playing being the batter that binds it all. Leslie Carbia’s silky harmonies and acoustic guitar skills are the sweet seasoning. Bob Martens, the Mando Emeritus, adds just the right amount of high string spices. And Gary Roberts on bass, keeps the low kettle thump simmering. For big gigs, drummer Jeff “Styx” Boyd gets the call to kick the heat up when things need to really cook.
Billy’s Bounce House has teamed up with Main Street Fort Pierce to provide children’s activities during Friday Fest. The children’s activities include a Giant Slide and a bounce house. Have your face painted by Masquerade Expressions or visit Bubbles the Clown.
